NCAA sand volleyball to start in 2011?
Since the AVP folded 5 weeks ago, it seems logical that the NCAA would take a second look at starting sand volleyball so soon, especially since the vote to approve the sport was so close! It is rumored that sand volleyball will be voted on again as early as January. Unfortunately, my guess is that the NCAA will vote and take sand volleyball off the schedule for at least next year. This means that a league at the club sport level is all the more important. While the AVP is inevitably going to reorganize and start operating soon on the professional side of the sport, college students should band together just underneath the relatively soon-to-be NCAA level of play.

Club FAQ
How many people should be on "the list"?
In the best case scenario, 50-100 students. In reality, you should get at least 20. The longer the list, the better you'll look organized and driven in front of your advisor and student union- and they'll want to work with you to provide your group with what they want- a fulfilling college experience.
